Please spare a thought for Kevin the gerbil...
Sometimes the gerbil just isn't fast enough, especially when he's overworked. He tries his best to gather all the data but at busy times something may go wrong, he's only a gerbil after all.
"Blame your wi-fi connection" says Kevin (the gerbil) "Sometimes if a button is pressed before I can get back with all the vouchers, deals and offers it causes my wheel to stick and all hell breaks loose. At these times the best advice I can offer is to wait a couple of seconds and try again (it's not like I've enough to do already is it?) and please be patient. As they say all good things come to those who wait."
