Flowers – a visual spectacle to be enjoyed by all
Why are flowers, the reproductive part of plants, or blossom to call it by another name, so enjoyable to look at? Well they were designed by nature to be visual enticement with bright colours and scents to insects in order for them to pollinate the flowers so they could reproduce. Some of us have to be a little careful of these scents; there would be nothing more embarrassing than buying your partner flowers and then sitting there while they go red faced, coughing and sneezing, quietly suffering due to an allergy to a specific type of flower in a bid to be polite. So be warned not every person loves flowers, especially the ones with hay fever. Having said that, we humans are enthralled by the colours, shapes and sizes of flowers and combine a variety of these to form elaborate bouquet that stand as centre pieces in our houses to bring this sense of life and vibrancy into our homes.
