1. Overview

NetVoucherCodes Cares is a fundraising platform that allows charities to earn money through the use of discount codes and deals. By promoting the service to their supporters, charities can earn a percentage of the revenue generated through the use of these money saving offers.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the NetVoucherCodes Cares platform, charities must be registered in the UK and have a valid charity registration number. We reserve the right to reject any applications at our discretion.

3. Use of Discount Codes

Charities must only promote any discount codes provided to them by NetVoucherCodes Cares. Any attempts to use or promote unauthorised discount codes may result in the termination of the charity's account. Also, this may result in commissions not tracking correctly to your account.

A supporter must click through from a code or deal from netvouchercodes.co.uk immediately prior to making a purchase and not visit any other site until the purchase is complete. Otherwise, this could interfere with the tracking process and mean their chosen charity may not receive their donation.

4. Affiliate Payments

The revenue generated through the use of discount codes and deals comes from affiliate payments made to NetVoucherCodes Cares by our partners. We will make our best efforts to track these payments accurately and to distribute them to the relevant charities. However, whilst we make every effort, we cannot guarantee that all affiliate payments will be tracked and distributed correctly. We do not have the ability to query declined commissions due to the volume of transactions. Occasionally purchases do not qualify for commission, i.e. some stores do not offer commission on gift cards & sometimes commissions are attributed to another marketing source. Some of our discount codes are submitted by our members ("community codes"), and whilst your supporter will still receive a discount, the retailer may not pay us commission if the code has not been distributed through the affiliate channels. Up to 60% of these commissions (via our monthly featured retailers) are given to the supporters selected charity, while the remaining portion is retained by NetVoucherCodes Cares to cover its operating expenses.

5. Payments

Charities will receive payments on a quarterly basis via BACS bank transfer or Paypal, calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated through the use of their discount codes, deals & sales and any affiliate links by its supporters. Supporters must be registered, signed up to the NetVoucherCodes.co.uk newsletter and signed in to use the service, this enables us to track and allocate any commissions generated upon a successfully tracked sale. At the time of registration, supporters must choose their preferred charity. Please note that our partners may have varying sale approval periods, to allow for returns and cancellations of orders. Therefore only confirmed and completed sales will be eligible for the service.

6. Pre-Launch Bonus Donations

During our pre-launch registration and charity verification period, a range of bonus donations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first 150 charities to register will receive bonus donations in accordance with the table below:

7. NetVoucherCodes Cares Charity Participation Agreement:

This agreement governs the participation of your organisation in the NetVoucherCodes Cares charity program ("Service"). NetVoucherCodes Cares reserves the right to approve or reject your application at its sole discretion. To apply, you must have the authority to enter into this agreement, provide full & accurate information, and comply with applicable laws. During the term of the agreement, you grant NetVoucherCodes Cares a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your trade names, trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Charity Marks") for the purpose of promoting your organisation online & any other media. NetVoucherCodes Cares also grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use our Services names and logos on your site and other media.

You may terminate your participation in the Service at any time by giving written notice to NetVoucherCodes Cares. Upon termination, NetVoucherCodes Cares will stop using your Charity Marks within 30 days and send you any outstanding donations during the next payment run. NetVoucherCodes Cares may change payment terms at any time and will notify you of any changes. Payments will be made quarterly if the total donation amount exceeds £25.00, and any bank fees will be deducted from donation payments.

It's important to understand that NetVoucherCodes Cares cannot be held responsible for any payment that results from a failed transaction or if a sale is refunded or the commission is declined. It is the responsibility of the Charity to pay all taxes or charges that may be imposed by any government entity. If you have any disagreements about a payment, you must let NetVoucherCodes Cares know in writing within 30 days of the disputed payment. This will allow us to work with you to resolve any issues that may have arisen.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any charity's account at any time and for any reason. If we do so, any outstanding payments will be made to the charity in question.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to charities via email or through the NetVoucherCodes Cares platform.
