Do I have to set up a personal account to shop with you?
We understand that some people prefer to pay upfront for their orders, using a credit or debit card, rather than applying for credit. Whilst you'll still need to open an account if you wish to shop with us, you can select our cash-only option, where you'll be prompted to pay in full for each order you place.
Alternatively, you can apply for a credit facility. This gives you the added flexibility of spreading the cost of your orders (please see our terms and conditions for more information), and you'll still have the option to pay the full balance at the time of ordering.
Whichever way you like to shop, we're so pleased that you've chosen to shop with us!
How can I apply my promotion code online?
Our promotion codes are really simple to use, so you'll have no problem claiming our fantastic discounts and free gifts! Just type the code into the 'Add Promotional Code' box on the Shopping Bag page (it'll be underneath the list of items you're ordering), click 'Apply' and then 'Add to Bag'. You can also type your code into the search bar on our website, click 'Search', then 'Add to Bag'.
If we're really spoiling you and offering more than one promotion with the code, you'll need to click 'Add to Bag' for each offer you want.
Remember it's 1 code per order - and make sure you use it before the expiry date so you don't miss out!

How do I return unwanted items?
You can arrange for your parcel to be collected by signing in to our website, clicking 'My Account', then selecting 'Arrange a Return'. You can also call us on 0345 071 9018 to request a collection. Your local courier will call round within 2 working days of the request. If you no longer have your returns label please address your parcel to:

You can also return unwanted goods via your local Hermes ParcelShop or Post Office; you'll find a pre-paid return label attached to your advice note. If needed, you can print a replacement Post Office label by signing in to your account, clicking 'Arrange a Return', then 'Returns via the Post Office'. Unfortunately, we can't supply new ParcelShop labels as each barcode is unique.
Alternatively, you can return your parcel using an InPost 24/7 Parcel Locker
My code doesn’t seem to work?
It’s possible you might have entered an expired code - please double check the expiry date. The latest codes are towards the top of the Fifty Plus page. If your code appears to be within the validity period then please contact us so we can contact the retailer and see what the problem is.
I’m unable to locate my voucher codes?
When you click on a code, it opens in a new tab or window - usually your browser will automatically switch to the new window for you. However, if it doesn’t please look in the tab next to your current one. Some deals and special offers use bespoke links and have the discount built in and automatically applied when you go through to the retailer’s site.
