Cancellation Policy

Nintendo wants you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with them, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, or you change your mind and wish to return the product, just let them know by contacting the Nintendo customer support team or by completing and sending the cancellation form. 

You must do this within 14 days of receiving the relevant product. Once you have notified Nintendo that you wish to return a product, please return that product to them in its original condition within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
