Where do I use my Skiset Discount Code?

I got injured and I can't continue skiing for the rest of my holiday. Can I get a refund?

Sorry to hear that your ski holiday came to an abrupt end! Make sure to reach out to Skiset at service_clients@skiset.com to notify them of the incident. You can get a refund for the days you are unable to ski if you have a doctor's certificate as proof. You will also be deducted 0.85p for processing fees. The refund will only apply to the injured person, and not anyone else in the party.

Can I get a refund if the weather prevents me from skiing?

Yes, as long as you have a confirmation letter from the resort that the slopes are closed, you can get a full refund for the days that you were unable to ski. Reach out to service_clients@skiset.com to notify them of the slope closure.
