I am the friend people ring before they spend money on the house, and radiators come up more often than you would think. When a friend was redoing her bathroom she asked me to check a heated towel rail order before she pressed pay. Open a trade account for 7.5% to 10% off everything

If you fit heating for a living, the trade account is the biggest standing saving on the site. A Silver account gives you instant access and 7.5% off all products sitewide. Once your lifetime spend across Toasty, Drench and Tap Warehouse passes £1,000 you move to Gold: 10% off everything, plus a free upgrade to Next Day Delivery.

The discount applies even during a sale and carries across to the two sister sites, so bathroom and kitchen orders count towards the same £1,000. Gold also brings a dedicated account manager and bespoke or bulk quotes. Toasty runs special offers, exclusive discount codes and vouchers from its sale page ^↗, and the codes on our page follow the same rules. Most are only valid for a limited time, and only one voucher code can be used per order. If you are holding two, work out which saves more on your basket and use that one; the second will not go on top.

Underneath all of that is the pricing itself. Toasty prices every brand with discounts off the manufacturer's RRP as standard, so a headline percentage on a third-party site tells you very little. Compare basket totals, delivery included, with anywhere else you are looking.

Ask about a large order, and ask for a price match

Toasty's own answer to "can I get a discount?" points big orders at the sales team, who can discuss a potential discount. If you are heating a whole house, have that conversation before you check out, a bespoke price is decided per order, so there is nothing to lose by asking.

The price match is softer. Toasty does not promise to match every price; its own wording is "we'll always do our best", and you need the identical product, in stock at the other retailer, with delivery charges included in the comparison. I would never plan a purchase around it, but on a designer radiator it costs nothing to send the link.

Keep it to one order and use free standard delivery

Standard delivery is free on all orders to most UK postcodes, with no minimum spend, and takes 2 to 5 working days. Toasty charges one delivery fee per order however many products you add, unless you ask to split it, so a radiator, its valves and a towel rail together travel for the same price as the radiator alone.

If you need it faster, upgrades are priced by parcel size, and only in-stock items qualify:

• Small items: Next Working Day £5, Next Day AM £8, Saturday or Sunday £15.
• Medium items: Next Working Day £10, Next Day AM £15, Saturday £20.
• Large items: Next Working Day £15, Next Day AM £30, Saturday £30.

Order by 4pm for next-day on small and medium parcels and by 2pm for large ones. Parts of Scotland and the Scottish Isles, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland usually carry a surcharge, as do some hard-to-reach mainland addresses for large fragile items, so check your postcode in the basket before you compare totals. Near Bournemouth, collect from the warehouse in Christchurch or the Drench Outlet in Poole: order in-stock items before 4pm and pick up within 7 days.

The codes we list are the kind Toasty describes on its own sale page, an exclusive discount applied in the basket, valid for a set window, one per order. Because the site's prices already sit below RRP, a code is the last cut on a total that has been reduced once. Check the expiry and any exclusions on the offer before you copy it.

Getting the size right is the other half of the saving. Returns collection is chargeable, from £9.99 for a small item to £39.99 for a large fragile box, and nothing can go back once installed. Ten minutes with the BTU calculator and a free phone consultation is the cheapest insurance on the site.

Spread the cost with Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal

Toasty offers pay-in-3 and pay-later options from PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay at the checkout, within each provider's limits. For Klarna the order value including shipping must be between £35 and £1,000. Pay in 3 splits it into three equal, interest-free payments (at purchase, then 30 and 60 days later); Pay in 30 days lets you receive the order before anything leaves your account, with no interest or fees if you settle in time. A complimentary guarantee of up to 20 years

Most Toasty-brand items carry an extended guarantee from the date of delivery for material or manufacturing faults: 10 years on radiators, heated towel rails and valves, 20 years on underfloor heating mats, 10 years on electric radiators and electric towel rails, and 2 years on heating elements, thermostats and controllers. It applies to UK installations fitted to the instructions and sits on top of your statutory rights. Carisa, Terma and Heat Mat products carry their own manufacturer terms instead.
