Returns Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you will need to return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You can exchange items for up to 365 days.

To make a return you will need to:-

1. Wrap & label your item and take the parcel to any collect+ store. 
2. The store will give you a receipt with an online tracking code. 
3. Your return is collected and processed.
