What are your key job roles as part of the Content Operations Team?

My typical day is a real mix of content and operative tasks. First and foremost, I oversee any codes that are soon expiring, testing they are still live and valid. Thankfully, I’m pretty patient and enjoy carrying out all the checks possible to ensure our codes work! I also spend a big proportion of the day hunting around for the best working codes, deals and offers for a selection of retailers - some of which come through the networks via email. I typically then carry out quality control checks on my handful of retailers, ensure their displays are accurate and source codes for any retailers that don’t have any on their page - this is a super important task!

What do you love about working here?

I really enjoy working at NVC because of the flexibility it gives me to work from home and to be trusted to do so. It gives me great satisfaction to do my bit to help others save money, especially in the current climate. The role suits me down to the ground as I am very proactive and meticulous in my work. I enjoy being part of a team and feel supported in my role.

What’s the biggest saving you’ve ever made?

I take great satisfaction from knowing that the work I do enables people to make great savings. But the biggest saving I’ve probably made was bagging £50 off an Air Fryer through NVC. After seeing the buzz about them online, I wanted to treat myself so finding a great saving sealed the deal.
