What is Aosom's UK return policy?
+Aosom offers a 30-day return policy on all eligible purchases. If you change your mind, contact their customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. During the festive period, Aosom extends the window, allowing items bought between 1st Nov 2024 and 31st Dec 2024 to be returned until 31st Jan 2025. You also have a cooling-off period- just make sure you notify Aosom within 30 days and return your goods within 14.
If Aosom arranges collection, a small collection fee will be deducted from your refund. Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 30 days for replacement or refund, with extended coverage of 12 months for electrical and 6 months for non-electrical goods.
