FAQs

Do you custom make trips?

Contiki do custom make trips, as long as you’re booking with a minimum of 20 people who are all travelling together and booking at the same time. All custom groups have exclusive use of a Contiki Trip Manager, coach and driver. All of the custom group prices are quoted on a NET, non-commissionable, per person price. If you’d like to book a custom group trip please contact Contiki here.  customgroups@contiki.com. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your trip with Contiki however you will incur some cancellation fees. The cancellation fees are as followed:

• If you cancel over 45 days: your deposit with be reserved for future use with Flex Deposit
• 45-22 days: 25% of your tour cost will be forfeited
• 21-8 days: 30% of your tour cost will be forfeited (50% for Latin America)
• 7-1 days: 50% of your tour cost will be forfeited (75% for Latin America)
• Day of departure: 100% of your tour cost will be forfeited
