What if I’m delayed on my return?

If your return is delayed please keep Maple Manor informed to avoid any delay in them delivering your vehicle. Extra days are charged at £10.00 and must be paid before your car leaves. Failure to inform Maple of a late return may result in you having to wait for your vehicle when you do return.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the drop off date and time, otherwise full charges will apply. Cancellations can be made by phone or email and either must be received in accordance with our notice period. Successfully cancelled bookings may carry a £10 admin charge.
